We hired Collins Construction to do the site prep for a shop we are building on our property. We do not live here full time. Therefore, finding the right contractor that would be honest and do a good job without me being present was important. I received a bid from Cody and found it to be very reasonable. Cody has cleared several overgrown areas for future building sites, installed a number of various sized culverts for drainage and graded brand new roads and driveways on our property.
